If Keith's msg from QMC management is accurate that before the suspension "they are Striving to complete by EOM, then possibly sooner rather than later. QMC already under pressure to complete sec reporting from Pasaca agreement, so already was in process.
Re revenue, I have to think QMC billed for services and also is due revenue which could show up in 3rd quarter March 2021 filing, depending on what the deal is, which is unknown. Any revenue could give further perspective on what is owed in the next quarter.
