This letter is basically a crowbar that the FDA provided for drug company reps to strong arm people in Brazil, PI, India, etc. that may have just heard about LL for the first time.
People that still fall for the shiny suit and box of donuts for Gladys. Oh well. They are understandably overwhelmed right now.
