I keep hearing this "when the timing is right" thing lol but guess what, investors know that when you keep making excuses as to why things are not being done, then yes they have a right to call out the b.s.
For Eric to say that they need to wait to release news b/c of a lawsuit, then they are in an alternate reality. If they waited to file every time something came up, things would never get done. Oh wait, that's exactly what's been going on.
Speaking of, he has now stated that the S-1 offering is this summer which will be used to FINISH myflix for release ALSO this summer. That tells us he is nowhere close to having it done and why he won't give an actual date on the release.
If he's going to do the S-1, then why is the Form 10 not filed with audits?! probably b/c that's not finished either. Not that we know b/c he refuses to be transparent on any of this.
We saw the same thing last year when he stated myflix was to be released summer 2020. Can't blame covid for that either b/c they're supposedly using amazon services and they were running fine last year.
bottom line is there's empty promises and bad decisions. all of which could bed alleviated if he was 100% transparent on things.
tell us where the audits, form 10, and myflix actually are timeline wise and he would make shareholders a lot happier. maybe we will see it this week in the news, but who knows.
