Here is a page off the website explaining the importance of the IAC certification they obtained. I also included the link at the bottom:
"The Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) was founded in 1987 to pursue and promote the conservation, development and use of Native American agricultural resources for the betterment of Native American people.
The IAC conducts a wide range of programs designed to further the goal of improving Indian resources, such as the “Made/Produced by American Indians” trademark to successfully and clearly identify actual American Indian products from federally recognized Tribes.
The IAC certification is important to Rocky Mountain High Water Company, LLC because it was needed to participate in the “Buy Indian Act” along with the Minority Business Certification (MBE). These certifications will give Rocky Mountain High Water Company, LLC an advantage in securing supply contracts with federal and state agencies and local governments. These certifications will also allow Eagle Spirit Spring Water to participate in the Supplier Diversification Programs. Rocky Mountain High Water Company has already received Preferred Vendor certifications from the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations." https://eaglespiritwater.com/our-story/f/made...an-indians
