The good news: Since they were already in the process of getting their financials up-to-date, and since they had stated that they were going to try to have them “all” up-to-date by the end of this month, this latest action by the SEC will likely very strongly incentivize them to get into compliance quick fast and in a hurry!
Nothing has changed in regards to all of their pursuits/deals, as far as we know. We already know and have known they were severely delinquent, so ultimately, imo, it isn’t that big of a deal. And if their sec filings occur before trading restarts on the 27th and they show profits are occurring, it’ll likely act as a catalyst to propel the stock upwards.
