You've been around when similar situations have happened. I remember the OTC releases the suspension before the trading day and we're good to go. I don't know if that varies by case. If the folk thinking this is normal SEC procedures to get compliance, and that's the main goal, it should be straightforward. I think there is a lag between OTC and OTCQB, but if it's an Audited S-1, that should help, IMO.
