ISW Holdings (OTC: ISWH), a global brand management holdings company with commercial operations in telehealth and cryptocurrency mining, announced that its board of directors has approved the company’s proposed share buyback program. The program has initially been established at $250,000, but the company noted it could be increased in the future. The board approved immediate activation of the program. The program comes following the company’s focus on strengthening its balance sheet through nontoxic fundraising and cash flows from operations.
