In addition to that, gov't agencies are notorious for slow-walking FOIA requests regardless of the deadlines. The clock doesn't start until they "officially" receive the request, and there are numerous reasons why "receiving it" can be held up. By the time you get a response, most if not all of what you're looking for will be moot.
