Thats a great question, the more I dig, the more and more I see companies under UNVC or some how associated with UNIVEC have already filed their annual reports. So far at least 5 I can tell, found bunch of companies in PA but that website doesn't give the same info that State of Maryland website gives. So it's hard to tell of the companies based in PA if they have filed or not.
