It's 175mg/ml, quantity per dose is dependent on the ml in the vial. 350mg dose is one vial 2ml, one shot; 525mg dose is one vial 3ml, one shot; 700mg dose is two vials of 350mg 2ml, 2 shots. They must be keeping it down to 525mg maximum per shot to minimize any site reaction.
