At least where I live the vaccine is not free have to have some kind of insurance to be free.The pharma companies with he vaccine are making bank. I think DOC and BioR tried to get a COVID CBD product out. CBD is fighting heads winds created by big Pharma. At the end of the day vaccine roll out was not racist more profit driven. Doc has made numerous mentions fighting for a change. Big pharma in my opinion see CBD derived products as the enemy at the gate
