Samsung is definitely the first in line, and they can manufacture millions of doses per month, but if the demand was greater than they could handle, I'm sure Macleod's would be seriously considered. They are already manufacturing many different drugs and are working with the WHO on over 60 drugs. They have an excellent reputation and have already cleared manufacturing regulatory hurdles with other drugs, so adding Leronlimab to their mix wouldn't be that difficult if the need was there and a particular country or countries wanted it to happen.
