Others have called too. DJ says money raise is possible in June. Odds are, based on the conversations I had and others had, the S-1 is in review. Lawyers you know don't move as fast as we'd like. Especially on the Dawson James side. They have to be sure everything is right taking it to investors. This is just my impression and not official from NGIO.
