VERB is something they call a ground-breaker
So, let me first apologize
To the shorts and the criers for your make-up
SaaS recurring subscription revenue went from $2,815,000 to $5,114,000 last year
Do you know how many tech companies would love to do that?
Total revenue of x2 that is nothing to sneeze at $9,965,000
Remember, there were dozens of idiots posting their lives away that said this was impossible
Oh, I guess they were Wrongo and Bingo is not their name you know
Well, some of you don't know that yet
"Q1 2021 unaudited projected results indicate more than 30% SaaS recurring revenue growth over Q1 2020 and up more than 10% over Q4 2020."
Q4 was $1,305,000 so add 10% to that and you are at $1,435,500
Back at Q3 levels
but red, why did it go down in Q4?
umh, Rory explained it on the call but if you are a student of SaaS investments you'll now Q4 usually isn't a great quarter for most SaaS companies
reason why is many companies are on a Jan - Dec budget cycle. By November they know if they are going to renew, cut bait or go out of business.
Q1 is usually better as budgets kick in, but you till have to implement to start recognizing the revenue
I would predict Q2 and Q3 to be the best quarters when you are heavily weighted with direct sales customers
You know who knows this?
Ladies and gentlemen...
What you're about to witness is no illusion
13Fs don't lie like some
https://fintel.io/so/us/verb
I see a number of institutions have bought in Q1 and only one sold out
Why is that?
Who's smarter?
Institutions that manage billions of dollars?
BTW, Q1 revenue is already a known quantity
But don't let facts get in the way of drama queens
If BWers are betting on it being lower, then feel free to short ballers and sell at a $1 instead of posting about it
A couple of things you didn't know
Verb has an inherit value as it sits today and institutions know this
If you think $63M then maybe talk to a financial advisor that is still employed instead of the fired ones that post on message boards for "entertainment"
The other thing is Verb will continue to be valued at a multiple of the revenue and potential revenue
Also factor in Verb now has a lot of customers and as the economy picks up, so does their business which is a win-win for Verb
Maybe 2M downloads by now
As the rest of the products get release shortly
I predict an earthquake up in here
