NetworkNewsBreaks – SRAX (NASDAQ: SRAX) Announces New Investor Community, Adds Development Manager to Team
SRAX (NASDAQ: SRAX), a financial technology company that unlocks data and insights for publicly traded companies through Sequire, its SaaS (”SaaS”) platform, has announced the development of an information hub and interactive environment for its network of investors. Called the Sequire Investor Community, the hub is designed to connect more than 5 million retail and institutional investors and will include a live and on-demand virtual space that enables shareholders to discuss and learn about a broad array topics. In addition, the company anticipates the community will host educational master classes and provide value-added newsletters on topics relevant topics. In the announcement, SRAX noted that it plans for the community to be a synergetic center where investors can convene, learn and share on their journey to becoming passionate traders and brand advocates. As part of the development of the community, SRAX has named Morgan-Lea Fogg as community development manager. Previously with Summit Series, Fogg has garnered years of experience in event planning as well as community curation and development. “We are leveraging the investors and experts from the LD Micro community to enhance relationships and communications with investors,” said SRAX founder and CEO Christopher Miglino in the press release. “In addition to the LD Micro investor events, we’re hosting industry specific conferences, and planning a variety of resources and experiences to benefit this growing community.”
