In my view at these PPS levels, every purchase is a bargain, no matter if you pay $0.25, $0.27 or $0.29 per share. I have spent my remaining "powder" already before the last CC (the disastrous one), and habe obviously paid significantly more than I would have needed.
But things look as if we can now little by little regain the previous PPS levels, such that even I will be back in the "green" with my most recent purchases.
