Z looks like we are staying with 11 sites with a current average of 7-10 patients a week according to Leo's response to my email.
Apparently the other 2 Russian sites aren't currently a covid hot spot and would be a waste to open. Louisiana also has cooled down so I'm sure that site is a no go.
