To make it clearer it that question should have been. Doc will we be uplisted by June. Once we file with SEC, does that mean Nasdaq was also notified ? I thought FINRA was the last stop. I think this new mandate from The SEC for OTC stocks to release filings, has confused the process of the steps to uplist. Is this filing to the SEC in order to fulfill the new mandate or is it a final step to uplisting?
