A question that I have been asking myself. We are all looking out for us UNVC to be uplisted to Nasdaq based on the message by Dr Dalton answering a question that was in the lines of “will we be filing to SEC by June.”
The question wasn’t will be uplisted to Nasdaq by June. So again can filings or reporting to the SEC by “June” inhibit him from keeping the company dark until we finally get to Nasdaq whenever that maybe.
I’m trying to stay optimistic but again we have had another tweet which stated the Train is leaving the station. That was about two weeks ago and we haven’t seen a reflection in his publicly traded company. Again if I was to have thrown all my dollars, pounds, euros in thinking that it was time. I would have been wrong.
So what’s everyone’s thoughts. Is this June Deadline from the SEC a deadline for Dr Dalton to reveal his plan or will we see him bypassing this and staying dark.
This will be a great year like he said. As of now if his plans come through it will be a great end to the year when we actually see evidence of a successful implementation of his plan.
