The classic basher move is to get everyone pumped

For instance, create an artificial timeline (e.g. "by such-and-such a date there will be clinical trial results" ) -- then when that doesn't happen, oh horrors the company missed the deadline they didn't create.
Or, company is going to have X much income -- and then if it is any less than an expectation the company did not create, boom, it's a big disappointment, sell sell sell ! ! ! ! !
We have no idea what kind of pressures and limitations the company is dealing with. Whatever they do is going to be the best they could do under the current circumstances. If it's a lot of money, great. If it isn't that much money, that's the way it goes.
The important thing is that it's moving forward, and lives potentially could be saved. The company is way ahead of where it was a month ago. Onward and upward.
