That seems to be service Amazon provides for an aspect of cybersecurity.
Just above that bit about Amazon is this -

I know that QMC HealthID also uses Microsoft Azure noted as a data storage utility.
I believe QMCH is seeking to be able to hookup to any user and supply the highest security available when using online storage.
