On a molecular level inflammation is stymied as an MOA by Leronlimab...whether that translates into a reduction of blood vessel walls is another question. My understanding of cardiac arrest or CAD usually results from a buildup of plaque within the lining of the walls themselves...thereby creating a series of dams blocking the blood flow and that results in higher blood pressure etc...essentially a plumbing problem...hence the stents to increase/open blood vessel wall opening. IMHO...as a doctor of life...not medicine.
