It is incredibly troubling that a former investor of OWCP, Retired Early, comes to the board on IHUB and asks to be updated on the company and the response from the head brain dead monkey, Phenix the Genius is to provide him with only one side of the story...The side he supports in his brain dead mind.

Documents have been posted from both sides of the ocean yet on the OW board over there they only post documents filed on behalf of DGF.
Evidence has been provided that asserts that the appointment of Mr. Kugelman isn't legal and that DGF has filed some false information yet head brain dead monkey. Phenix only wants to tell DGF's story.
We received direct confirmation from Israel that there has been no director changes made and at the same time we were given the new hearing date for the insolvency hearing of July 5/2021.
That date has been confirmed.
Where is that posted on the OW board on IHUB?
The question that should be asked and pondered is the following.
If in fact the filing made by DGF to the Chancery court in Delaware is being taken seriously by the court and if more than 20 days have passed for the time ZIv had to respond from Israel (DGF filed March 23/2021) why has there been no action by the court...According to Phenix's twisted logic ZIV and the company in Israel are in default.
According to brain dead monkey Phenix , the SEC filings are the proof that DGF is in the right and OW Israel is in the wrong..LOL
The filings couldn't possibly be fraudulent or misrepresentative of the truth now could they? It is sickening to constantly hear only about one possibility of what the truth might be from a place that people might come to for accurate information or at the very least to be able to come to a place where discussion can take place without the censorship of the brain dead monkeys over there.
Ziv responded to the filing..The question is why has there been no response from DGF or the court...and if he is in default as the time to respond has long passed, has the court not given a default judgment?
