Thant's our biggest problem 40% not working some can't most won't and have no problem having other people foot the bill.. So many cities are dealing with Opiods. People have given up and don't care. I figure to give these people a standard a living they demand instead of working to June to pay taxes. We would have to work to November who will do that. The Government won't. They are going to be eliminated happens a few times in history. GOV and business has not use of people that can't buy things or pay taxes.
