Las Vegas, NV May 7, 2021 (OTCWire) Fernhill Corp. (OTC Pink: FERN) is pleased to announce the recent upgrade to the Companys listing on OTC Markets to Pink Current Status."
In an effort to get to full transparency for our shareholders, management has posted all the files on OTC Markets including the Annual Reports for both 2019 and 2020 as well as the Attorney Opinion Letter with Respect to Current Information. As a result of these efforts, OTC Markets has upgraded the Companys listing to Pink Sheets Current Status.

The upgrade to "Pink Current Status" allows the company to continue trading and operating without the fear of being de-listed based upon the SECs new deadline for companies to become current with their filings by September 2021.
