So the announcement by the European Commission about having three therapeutics authorized by October 2021 is only for those that are currently in or ready to go into a Phase III trial? I wish the announcement would have made that clear since it sounded like they had not identified the therapeutics yet and it would be nearly impossible to get through phase I, II and III in that timeframe.....unless of course they use some type of emergency authorization.
