Joe knows as much as DJ knows about the IPO. The SEC prohibits the company from saying anything that might generate a run on the IPO stock and the owner of the IPO. DJ deals with this stuff every day. Joe is wise to refer all inquiries for information to DJ. DJ will have a canned spiel to the individual inquirer and whatever they say will not be transmitted to 1,000 individuals on a public call.
