pacsurg: Appreciate your reply and references you provide. However, Joe has couched the current status of the IND submission as a formal review pending approval. That is not the case at all. As I understand, finally IND request requires a 30 day waiting period. Sounds like gnbt is merely at a point of preliminary review consultation. This is all very misleading. If I am wrong, let me know.
