Agree that it's confusing and the buck ultimately stops with the BOD and CEO but we all know that when a very large company with billions in sales and no competition is finally challenged with a superior product, they are not going down without a fight and they will use anyone or any tool to keep a competitor out of their market. Cydy is the underdog but the arsenal of LL is strong. Manage it, root cause analysis, vendor accountability, and find out why things are being missed. You can't bring a nail file to a knife fight and BP brought all their knives.
