(Reply is actually to Spinner)...The IND process is standard to go back and forth and answer questions. It does not have anything to do with being insufficient in their information, rather the investigator/s usually want/s to rationalize their own view points and existence within the process. Totally normal and part of the reason why it takes so long to develop pharmaceuticals. NGIO is making strong progress on a robust and safe vaccine.
