What I don't like is how, 50 minutes after the PR comes out, NUGX takes a 23% hit on the SP. Not a lot of shares but, assuming NUGX eventually becomes NGIO, the optics on this are not positive, especially in the lead-up to a CC with supposedly positive news on multiple fronts.
