A conglomerate is a corporation that is made up of a number of different, sometimes unrelated businesses. In a conglomerate, one company owns a controlling stake in a number of smaller companies all of whom conduct business separately and independently.
When Dr. Dalton said longs will be rewarded I believe this is where it gets exciting. Because these co's operate under the conglomerate yet maintain their individual designation.

If we are shareholders of UNVC then we are also eligible shareholders of these individual entities under the UNVC umbrella.
May we become recipients of shares from these other companies in due course.
I know this isn't something new in terms of discovery but I thought it would be a nice reminder of what we are involved in.
oh, and they are considered to be huge organizations. So why can't we see a $20.00 share price in the days maybe weeks after opening?
