My thoughts are that the CITI test was structured to meet the requirements of the FDA, as a last hurdle to get the home test platform approved, and if that's wrapped up by now, FDA approval could be quicker.
The fact that Biden has downplayed testing although other countries are going forth with expanding testing makes me think he's waiting on the FDA too, and there is pressure on the FDA to act once they get what they stated they want from Innova/QMC CITI test. IMO.
