Pasaca made Rogers Chairman of Innova, keeping the current CEO, Daniel Elliott for continuity of operations, and also made Rogers CEO OF Pasaca, so he can bring his financial banking expertise in developing small companies synergies and M & A. He was a managing director of a CITI group:
Sean Rogers most recently served as global head of technology strategy and solutions for Citigroup, according to Innova. In addition to being named Chairman of Pasaca Capital, he has also been named CEO of Innova’s parent company, Pasaca Capital.
