$PSGR 'Pershing Resources terminates SIN Earn-In Tonopah Joint Venture'....looks like another JV bites the dust. I wonder what this one will cost share holders in the number of shares that remain with that other JV Partner.
Oh well, at least we still have the Marcos location. WHAT???? Are you wondering what the Marcos is???? Oh yeah, little if anything has been mentioned over the past 3 or 4 years about those claims. Not to worry!!!! Just like all the other locations, something could maybe, possibly happen there in the future. Yeah, maybe it will be where the Chinese Rocket Booster crashes!!!
Stick around for the August 2021 25th Anniversary of the start of this company!!! May be everyone will be surprised with a Press Release that states 'The company has conducted several assays at several sites at several locations and believes that in several years several future studies will be completed after another several years.
Ya gotta give this company credit!!! Still in existence after all of these years!!! Still producing nothing of value to investors!!! Still issuing Press Releases that suggest something might happen in the future!!! Still selling shares of the company!!! One has to wonder if this company is set up in a Trust for the children and grandchildren of the majority owners. Seems to be a good way to keep the funds coming to the families!!!
