Just one note of caution: I wouldn't ascribe too much to the fact that the Corporation Trust Company is the registered agent for 300 of the Fortune 500 as well as for UNVC. Registered agents don't link companies together; they just serve as as legal receivers of "service of process notices, government correspondence and other important documents" of whichever companies they have contracts with. They just literally have to be there in person during the business day to receive the communications. I imagine the Corporation Trust Company is simply the most popular agent for the 2/3 of Fortune 500 companies that have incorporated in Delaware, for very well-known reasons. We're in good company, to be sure, but that in itself doesn't link us to them. Other things do, though!
