Great time for this PR. The stock made some nice gains over the last few days and a pull back was immanent imo. I think everyone knew the QB was not happening bc they still had some toxic notes. I do believe those notes are now paid off. The PR gets the weight of the QB off their back on what could of been a down day anyways. I suspect more good news is on the horizon. Great time to buy as I did today.
