I can assure Next-Gen is not going to pay that without a contract in place with a government entity in Malaysia.
Next-Gen is a regenerative medicine supplier. If they were my supplier for the amniotic fluid injectables we use for osteoarthritis in the knee or shoulder joint, my cost is $1200 per dose. Some government payors reimbuse $3000 or more for that shot. The relief most patients get is incredible and it can provide vast improvement in movement.
