Joe Joe Joe has turned into Yo Yo Yo we need a credible CEO........
Looking back 2 1/2 years the results are below expectations.
No revenue, No Nasdaq, delayed clinical trials, some funding but unable to pay back due to lack of revenue causing forced note conversions and diluting shareholders equity, acquisition on hold because of missed timeline, several lawsuits , some missed dividend promises due to poor agreements,.
So now we have more "potential" revenue, ongoing agreements, hopefully a contingency plan for possible cross-border IP theft and a future IPO with restricted shares.
Yes we need to look forward but you cant erase the past until revenue, solid listing, institutional support, revenue estimates and promising Analysts coverage.
I'm counting on von Hofe but even if successful how can we trust the vision of current leadership ..........
To restore credibility/trust is not an easy task to convince solid support !!
Let's find out Q3 revenues during the conference call, MERCK/AE37 progress and timeline , IPO GNBT/NGIO , expected float , Altucell, dilution target , who is allowed to sell and how many shares will be restricted. HMO target date and if Patel is still on board, who in Management is getting paid a salary and how many people are currently employed by Generex Holding.
The Gofund turned out to be a joke, another vision for creative funding? If 100M is the goal what's the alternative to finance this project .....maybe a breakdown would be appropriate??? So far $1005 donated, approx 75% by Generex/Joe ....... and the story goes on and on.
The BOD needs to wake up , the science maybe credible but the financial/marketing remains a mystery.
