I agree with you but I don't hear of any dismal news.  I just don't hear of much progress or movement towards the latest PR'd prediction of 400 BPD as mentioned 2 months ago but I hope to hear in about 25 minutes.   A basher would say "TECO will never hit that number";  I am saying "I really hope TECO hits that number" so I'm not bashing.  Setbacks will happen in business but there is no need to PR inflated goals and timelines while management also realizes that "setbacks will happen".  If a setback does occur against these PR'd timelines then they should post the reasons on Facebook or elsewhere so we all understand reasons for the less than expected outcome.
