The rest of the world nations look to the USA/Big

The rest of the world nations look to the USA/Big Bro as a democracy that sheds light on the rest of the world. It is seen as a military might...a political might...(arguably... given recent years) and a beacon of hope in the medical community. The FDA responds back in kind...it refects that responsibility in taking its time to such an extent that it is bogged down in its own quagmire of bureaucracy that many view... including myself as inertia. Previous knee-jerk/whack a mole reactions to EUA's has made them gunshy and they have knuckled down on anything that doesn't come with known and proven protocols...political leaders far and wide are looking for ways out of this nightmare...and if we get proven results out of the Philippines... they will come knocking on our door....FDA withstanding...dead people don't vote..and the living have long memories.
