OIL OIL OIL!: Gaylord Karren is a Principal of two companies called ETII & Zerorez. ETII works with HOCL just like PCTL and has Nissan Chemical as a strategic partner. Gaylord Karren and PCTL's Gary Grieco have known each other for years. ETII does not have the ability to manufacturer Hydrolyte or Catholyte.
Gaylord karren signed a deal with PCTL last year for Zerorez to use PCTL's HOCL on a 'royalty bearing' contract.
Dr. David Holcomb, PCTL's consultant is also Gaylord Karren/Nissan Chemical's oil consultant. He is 73 years old and has 6-patents dealing with Oil Well Recovery. The latest with Nissan Chemical has to do with Nano technology.
PCTL can produce Catholyte at high volumes (they are going to need to), which is a byproduct of making Hydrolyte. The machine can be configured to make Catholyte directly which is a byproduct of Annolyte.
