We have been over this territory many times before, at least most of us have been over it along with "others" of whom have long since quit posting on this board; perhaps are still posting but with new handles??!
I imagine no one really cares what your opinion is of a "quality rebuttal" to your muckraking so in order not to waste precious time I will simply join in on the regurgitation of the past and post the numbers of prior posts on my opinions about such matters.

If the mechanic was still running this company then I would agree with you that the shady past of share issuances would be something to discuss but that is not the case. Tom Allinder is the CEO now and we can discuss his contribution to dilution. I cannot imagine there are very many shareholders since before 2011 anyway so let us constrain our conversations to what has happened during Tom Allinder's reign. We are all aware that the O/S has basically doubled in the last 12 months while Tom Allinder has been CEO. There is no denying that, it is known. This means that shareholders owning a position since then have had to effectively double their positions in order to keep the same percentage stake in the company. However, let us put this in perspective, with prices on average at $0.002, assuming the average position is say 1M shares among the retail populus, then to double the stake would cost roughly another $2,000; that is a whopping $4,000 total investment, so IMO, not a very big deal for shareholders about the O/S doubling. Now we must also consider what the doubling of the O/S has done to the balance sheet and company financial health. Well, $700k of financing was used to get rid of all debts for the company as well as providing operating funds to get the company where it is today. We cannot just disregard what the dilution has accomplished for the company. Opening offices, building websites, developing an affiliate network of distributors, building inventory of new product and paying lawyers and accountants for an audit, etc etc, all costs a lot of money. See all of my above posts for more detail.
Not exactly sure what you mean by the "little green man... is your biggest mistake..."; just jibberish to me, sorry, not understanding any of it. I don't know about others belitting your arguments, I for one do not wish as much, I take seriously all investors opinions and arguments, however we have been over all the arguments using ongoing dilution as support for the classic scam argument; insinuating that because the dilution, RFMK is nothing more than a share selling scam, etc. And it's old, IMO. Once the picture is painted, I would not expect the artist to immediately throw a can of white paint over it and begin painting again until they are blue in the face. Your basic claim which seems to be the underpinning of your amazing "DD Arsenal" is that the dilution is ongoing and will continue. Well, here is some news for you, I AGREE!! Yes, we all already know because of the IronRidge deal dilution will continue in RFMK, no surprise. The real question is how far along the company business plan can the funds raised by dilution get RFMK. Remember, the company progresses further, at least we hope, with each new share that is issued. If we were just standing still for years while the O/S doubled each year and investors were not doubling down on their stakes then as a shareholder I would be concerned. Feel free to pound the table about the ongoing dilution but the constant rant about dilution happening years ago is what we mean by saying its an "old" point.
I will not take part in a back and forth useless discussion which is clearly meant to drum up negative sentiment for some reason (judging by your other posts on "other" boards). Suffice it to say, you have made your "point" and now it's time to move on, I think the boad needs fair and balanced input, not 24/7 pounding the table to try to force the concept into investors minds that RFMK is a verifiable share selling scam; such posts may begin to get deleted.
You must unlearn what you have learned.
