She reports that those that have used the trading system, perverted and manipulated their technology and used it to take advantage of others will have to suffer the consequences of their actions. She reports that it doesn't matter who you are or your positions of power, who your family is and your political connections. She is asking for a chance to let the sec follow through and let the markets play out as they may to keep the integrity in the markets while there will also be a lot of regulatory change due to the current circumstances."
