I don't know how many seen the post MJplay made on this board a couple of days ago, but to me it spoke volumes. I deleted his post because of all the name calling and awful language, but I was torn by that action because of the information it conveyed.
MJplay stated he sold during the run-up to .165 per share, he claims he sold over four million shares for an average price of .14, and he said he sold because he was informed Dalton did not have what he needed --- he would need more time. I have no reason to believe nor do I have a reason to disbelieve him --- it is what it is. All I know for certain is that the price did drop, and dropped like a rock once it hit the .165 level.
I will say this, If some knew this information at the time, and did not tell shareholders, then everyone has a right to be upset. In fact, you have a right to be damn pissed off. Like I say, I cannot confirm the information in his post.
So today, I ran into a guy I brought to UNVC two or three years ago, and unfortunately he did see MJ's post. I will not try to describe how upset he was, nor will I repeat his words. Let me just say he was not happy.
I certainly will not poke a shareholder in the eye for not selling at .165, because I know they had little chance to do so. At that time, the UNVC board was pumping the stock to high heaven, and they claimed Dalton would reveal the news at any moment --- words like imminent were even used. Everyone, including myself, thought Dalton would meet the deadline of March 31. Today we now know Dalton failed to meet that deadline, and we have the typical excuse makers coming up with even more excuses. The God awful thing is these same pumpers are now saying it was the individual shareholder that was to blame, because they did not sell at the high. What kind of moron would say such a thing? How callus can a human being be? It is a shameful comment for anyone to make to one who is hurting.
The guy I met today does not have a lot of money, and he does not have the time to spend all day on the message boards. He does not have a lot of shares (just over a hundred thousand), but it was all he could afford. His account looked good at .165, and he said he felt like he was kicked in the gut when it dropped to four + a share. This morning he said he felt like he was kicked in the gut a second time when people started posting it was his own fault. Some people do not think their comments through, and still others have their head up their you know what. I just ask that one think about their comments in the future, and put yourself in other's shoes.
