The thing is, there's a difference between legitimate criticism (your post) and some regular posters who actively want to spread FUD and push the price down. One of those regulars admitted in a PM that he does precisely that because he's trading CYDY.
For mods, it can often be exceptionally difficult to discern between the two, and mistakes will (and often are) made.
