May 6th Magic 8 Ball What we know: Vast majori
Post# of 36536
What we know:
Vast majority of GNBT shareholders are “long haulers”
GNBT is dependent on value of held companies
NGIO has massive unrealized potential
NGIO is independent and slated for an IPO
Since March 7th (last day volume of over 1 million shares):
Excluding today, 38 days and counting
Total shares traded 12+ million (about 10% of the outstanding shares)
Average daily share volume about 320,000
Average daily share price about $.30
Total share value traded about $3.6 million
Next longest stretch under a million day share volume:
Nov 20th – Dec 28th 2020 (25 days)
Total shares traded 10.9+ million
Average daily share volume about 436,000
Average daily share price about $.215
Total share value traded about $2.34 million
Outstanding shares increased from Jan 1st 2021 between 3 to 7 million
But the total two stretches of low volume shares traded are about the same
Question:
Who absorbed the additional 3-7 million shares?
Who has been buying the 12 millions share sold the last 38 days?
Long haulers or day traders?
If we don’t see a pps increase leading up to the May 6th CC, that doesn’t mean a bad thing. The day traders are the ones that are looking for a “pump and dump”. Maybe they can no longer have much influence on the pps. Depending on the contents of the CC, there may be or not be a pps increase.
GNBT is dependent on the value of NGIO and we all know about NGIO. I think that how the vaccine IND is constructed, the protocols and outcomes, will be critical in how the general public will view if NGIO/GNBT is a worthy long term investment. There are 14 worldwide authorized/approved Covid vaccines and more on the way https://www.raps.org/news-and-articles/news-a...ne-tracker The Complete Vaccine Ii-Key needs to distinguish itself as something completely different, radically different, other than its name, from the other Covid vaccines if it is to attract immediate IND investors willing to spend their money now and wait for an outcome at the end of the year, at the earliest. Hopefully, this is the reason why the IND is taking so long. But, it may just come down to all the other things NGIO is involved in that will finally move the needle. And money from somewhere, anywhere.
