Its the lease holder i think.  It should say C&C Operating.  I have rented pipe to Titan Operating whom is doing the work but on the Rig Data it said Atlas Barnett.  There is usually several different groups on a rig.

1) Rig - Tool pusher, roughnecks, roustabouts (like Art pointed out)

2) Consultant - Usually works for a firm that is contracted for this project (could be dozens of wells)

3) Company man - Works for the energy company itself

4) Torque crew, casing crew, BOP service Tech, wireline crew, fishing crew, and any number of different service companies.  (these are optional, just depends what the project is calling for)

But I have checked all of them every week and nothing.  I also Tried that United Fuels that supposedly David is being accused of fraud for.  Not sure but I haven't even seen a Pistol Rig.  I check Oklahoma regularly because I have many jobs in Grant county near the Kansas border and with 11 rigs in their fleet I figured some of them would be working but I haven't seen them.  Maybe thats why they aren't really worried about when that one gets to work.  They are just happy to have a job.  I didn't have this resource until December so I wasn't able to track them last year but you better believe with our production at the same 8 bopd, our spending at 55k a day, and God only knows how much stock donated to non-revenue related expenses, that I am going to check everything that they say they are doing.  We all should.
