Now that I have your attention, I'd like to share an experience I had watching some news video from India (no Citation) of a young man trying desperately to save his young man brother in a car outside of a hospital in India.
Also, I'd like to say on a personal note that stories, and words matter, and the amount of complaining on the board is disappointing. While there are at least several agendas flying around, my only agenda is telling a story the way I see it. Nothing more.
Back to India...the Severe covid man in the car had his eyes open, but could not see. His brother several times held his eyelids open to show he wasn't seeing anything. The patient in the car had an Oxygen mask on but his brother was giving him chest compressions and it was reported that this brother was not trained. He also rubbed his chest, slapped himin the face a few times, and kissed his cheeks. He was alive but his eyes were dead.
The report went on to say that folks are chopping down trees in parks to burn the dead, that the smoke is choking entire neighborhoods, and people are dying on sidewalks outside of hospitals.
The only question I could think of, and it's only my story, was wouldn't a self-administered SubQ injection that doesn't need much refrigeration come in handy about now for that poor man and his brother?
