LVg, thanks for taking the time and calling FINRA ... I must say it is the same process always, known to those of us who have followed OTC for a while.
I believe the 'corporate action' is ALWAYS posted one day and takes effect the next. I hope it will be posted early in the day when UNVC's change is posted on the FINRA site:

On another note, Dr. Dalton has been behind changing the healthcare system for years and while telehealth has been around for a few years, it is only with Covid-19 that it's become much more popular, more utilized and necessary for a variety of reasons ... while Covid-19 has been fatally unfortunate, there are some positive effects coming out of it.
One more thing... something will most definitely happen with UNVC so any doom and gloom because of silence should not impact anyone's decision to buy/sell/hold... as I've often believed, no man is an island and great things do not happen by any one man alone... if we are to believe much of the information that's already been provided by third parties and our CEO, UNVC (whether it stays unvc or not) is and will be a God-given GIANT!
While I'm not here much these days (too much life going on, ahaha) I do read you all and thank you...
